With experience spanning over the last 25 years, our claims expertise spans senior roles in large Insurance Companies, Managing General Agents (MGAs), Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and law firms specialising in insurance claims including detailed knowledge of the litigation process. We also have specific experience of run-off in relation to insurance failures
Based in Gibraltar, our services cover Claims Management in the UK jurisdictions, Ireland, Malta, and Spain, with a particular focus on Motor, Casualty & Property Claims. We cover personal and commercial risks and also insurance and reinsurance.
We are aligned with carefully selected partners and suppliers to provide a comprehensive menu of services to our clients and are focussed on helping our clients improve their claims performance and services through analysis, advice and remedial actions to address areas of concern or development. We assist clients that require improvements highlighted through audits or regulatory requirements or intervention.
